Sunshine Kids is committed to high quality care and education and our aim is for families to have a service which provides their child with an educational, fun and caring environment.

All About Us

Sue and Roger Humphry purchased Heathcote Sunshine Kids in June 2002 with the intent of renovating and building a purpose built childcare centre of the highest quality. In January 2007, the centre established a 0-2 year old room and extended the 3-5 year old room to cater for an additional six (6) children. Subsequently, the centre changed from a 40 place centre to 56 place centre, which it is currently operating.

In March 2007, Camperdown Sunshine Kids was established. Camperdown Sunshine Kids was a logical extension to the success and expertise developed over the previous four years at Heathcote Sunshine Kids. This centre transformed a warehouse into a state of the art purpose built childcare centre catering for 74 children each day of the week. 

In June 2008 an adjoining centre, Camperdown Bubs was opened to cater for the growing demand for babies in the inner city area. This centre caters for 29 babies each day of the week and was specifically designed for the 0-2 age range.
